Our yoga programme will meet you where you are on your journey, whatever your previous experience. Our itinerary, which will be published at a later date, is likely to include morning meditation and two sessions daily with plenty of free time for relaxation. Two teachers, Gem and Will are available throughout the retreat for your personal attention or private sessions if you wish. Santillan hosts a range of therapists offering massage, osteopathy and sonotherapy- sessions to be booked on arrival and paid in euros directly to the therapist.State of the art yoga shalas, indoor with open fires; and outdoor shalas with garden views.

    5pm: Rest and Restore (a gentle unwinding of our journeys)

    6:30pm: Dinner 

    8pm: Pranayama and Yoga Nidra (breath and yogic sleep)

  • 7:30am: Guided Meditation (seated practice) 

    8am: Flow Yoga (a posture practice with medium to high intensity options)

    9:30am: Breakfast 

    11am: Somatic Yoga (soothing, therapeutic movement)

    1:30pm: Lunch 

    5pm: Rest and Restore (gentle, nourishing shapes) 

    6:30pm: Dinner
