We hope you will enjoy the retreat as an immersion into quietude, relaxation and practice. There will be some parts of the day with optional silence which can be a powerful element of retreat. we will offer two walks, one in silence and one not, you can join either. The rest of the retreat is with social norms.

There will also be the opportunity for a digital detox, turning off your phone for the duration of the retreat, and using a clock and our gong strikes to be guided in the schedule of the day.
